The project aims to provide early intervention for school exclusions in the Doncaster area.  Worth Unlimited for Doncaster offer one to one mentoring sessions during which time the mentee can work to address any issues in a caring and supportive environment.

Worth Unlimited for Doncaster aim to:

Develop skills in anger management and conflict resolution.

Raise confidence and self-esteem

Improve resilience and increase aspirations

Improve mental health and well-being

The initial 12 week mentoring programme is consistent, supportive and structured.  They work tirelessly to keep youngsters in Education, equipping them with the tools to develop skills in anger management and conflict resolution, therefore reducing the risk of permanent exclusion which can lead to anti social behaviour and criminality.

Young people are given a sanctuary where they can to talk to a trusted mentor. Sessions are designed to help them express how they are feeling, providing an outlet for emotions which otherwise may stay hidden and therefore negatively impact on their mental health.
