This project aims to provide early intervention to reduce fixed-term exclusions from Doncaster schools. Schools refer young people who are displaying anger issues, violent tendencies, or live in a violent household.
Worth Unlimited then offer one-to-one mentoring sessions, allowing the mentee to work to address these issues in a caring and supportive environment.
The initiative aims to develop skills in anger management and conflict resolution; raise confidence and self-esteem; improve resilience and increase aspirations; and improve mental health and wellbeing.
