Purpose
The aim of the programme is to deliver education and issue-based support focusing on Violence Against Women and Girls. The funding enables a team of youth workers to provide two weekly sessions, supporting young men through their ‘Future Man’ programme, and supporting young women through their ‘Us Girls’ initiative.

The funding enables a team of youth workers to provide two weekly sessions, supporting young men through their ‘Future Man’ programme, and supporting young women through their ‘Us Girls’ initiative.
Room is also built in to allow support for non-binary people where the need arises.
This initiative aims to make progress towards the following project outcomes:
- Young men develop their understanding of masculinity
- Young women feel empowered physically and psychologically
- Young people become less likely to adopt attitudes which contribute towards Violence Against Women and Girls
