Purpose
This service supports the most hard-to-reach and severely disadvantaged young people in Sheffield. The 16-25 year olds they support are street homeless, with concurrent needs around substance misuse, severe mental health issues, sex working, and domestic violence. Many are at risk of imprisonment, and may be in and out of custody as Roundabout support them.

This service supports the most hard-to-reach and severely disadvantaged young people in Sheffield. The 16-25 year olds they support are street homeless, with concurrent needs around substance misuse, severe mental health issues, sex working, and domestic violence. Many are at risk of imprisonment, and may be in and out of custody as Roundabout support them.
Their Rapid Rehousing team work tirelessly to build relationships over time with these challenging young people. Working on a Housing First model, they believe that with a stable base, a young person will be better able to address other issues in their life, so they work with their partners to house the young people as soon as possible, providing some stability where there was none.

Young Women’s Housing Project
The purpose of this initiative is to identify at risk women and girls aged 10-19, and deliver specialist support/interventions which address their relationships with peers, intimate partners, dependent children, and parents.
