As an organisation, RUST have a trusting relationship with young people, the communities they belong to, and the schools they attend, and can reach those young people who are moving towards violent criminal behaviour and entering the criminal justice system. Their frontline staff will undergo training delivered by In2change. After the training, RUST staff will go into local comprehensive schools and grassroots sports clubs in the identified localities, to run awareness workshops for young people and create a safe space for reflective and critical thinking.
