The course Rotherham United Community Sports Trust will develop with 12 young people will be delivered across education, health, and inclusion to young people aged 13 to 19. Rotherham United Community Sports Trust have set up a new youth hub at New York Stadium and will run open access sessions for young people as well as offer 1 to 1 support as well as schools referring young people who have become disengaged to the programme.
Co-production and co facilitation will be a key element of this project. Every workshop will have the input, ideas and feedback of a young person to ensure it is engaging, relevant and appropriate. Workshops that are delivered outside of school hours for example on the Premier League Kicks programme will, where possible, be co facilitated by RUCST Staff and young people.
