Quick summary
Nomad’s key aim is to tackle the loneliness and isolation suffered by their clients while at the same time supporting them to identify and deal with mental health issues.
Nomad supports some of the most vulnerable people in our city – dealing with the stigma of homelessness, loneliness and isolation, unemployment and limited income, lack of self-esteem and related mental health issues including depression and anxiety.
Through online connectivity, their dedicated Asset Coach will work with clients providing intensive support to get them on-line and discover the positive opportunities available to them in the virtual world, from safe usage of social media to hobbies and supporters’ groups, job search and discovering a world of information.
