Quick summary
This project helped to improve the physical & mental wellbeing of those who attended both the venue & the online sessions safely.
Sports coaching and online webinar sessions took place for young people and their families.
The project helped young people remain positive & keep active therefore providing an alternative to going out on the streets & hanging around in groups. With the online sessions, families had the opportunity to spend time together on activities which they were able to enjoy together, enabling them to ease out family tensions which is especially helpful during the stressful times throughout the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
