Purpose
To provide creative outlet for mental health and wellbeing as well as wellbeing sessions with exercise, chat and relaxation which offer a social opportunity for parents to share challenges and solutions.

As well as offering other future opportunities in partnership with creative organisations e.g. Ignite Imaginations. A celebration of achievements and presentation will be included at the end.
30 – 50 participants aged 16-25 will have 7 days to create a piece of work exploring their creativity in lockdown. They can create anything – a collage (digital or physical), writing, film, photography, audio/soundscape, sculpture using found objects, painting, a makeup look, T-shirt design etc.

The purpose of this initiative is to identify at risk women and girls aged 10-19, and deliver specialist support/interventions which address their relationships with peers, intimate partners, dependent children, and parents.
