The aim of the programme is to offer an hour of wellbeing each week for eight weeks through their specialist family liaison officer, who has worked as a social worker with victims of violence for over 20 years. This initiative supports those aged between 5-25 years old.

They are using CBT techniques as well as their own activity sheets, to offer a positive and safe space to allow people to talk through their problems. This allows victims to talk openly about the abuse they have suffered whilst supporting the family of those affected too. They are able to offer this online and face-to-face.

Wellbeing is predominantly carried out using talking therapy. However, they use their play therapy room to support young children or children who are struggling to communicate.
