Purpose
To employ a part time Employment and Skills Co-ordinator working with clients on a one to one basis helping them to write their CV, signposting to training and advising on employment opportunities.

The Employment and Skills Project aims to employ an Employment and Skills Co-ordinator who will work with clients on a one to one basis, helping them to write their CV, signposting to training and advising on employment opportunities. They will also assist with job searches, setting up e-mail addresses, helping with job applications, assisting with interview skills and also providing moral support and advice through the whole process and will, if required accompany a client to a place of interview.
The Hanover Tenants Association service has a strong history of supporting and finding people long term work.
