Purpose
To provide craft activities for the children in Darnall, to prevent them from playing on the street.
Quick summary
The funding allowed the project to purchase a gazebo and PPE so activities were still able to continue in the back yard.
From August until November lockdown the club was open every week on a Tuesday evening offering a simple socially distanced craft activity and story for an hour. Up to 15 children attended at any one time, aged between 6-15 both boys and girls, most children that attend are from the Roma Slovak community.
