Purpose
The aim of the project is to work closely with 10 care leavers who are seeking employment.
Quick summary
Affinity 2020 will offer coaching to ten young care leavers to support them to interview stage.
Affinity 2020 will offer coaching to ten young care leavers to support them to interview stage.
If these young people are unsuccessful, Affinity 2020 will continue to support them with light touch support, as they will have developed the skills necessary to progress to becoming independent when applying for opportunities.
In addition, Affinity 2020 are seeking support to install operating systems on 30 desk tops, so they can donate them to the care leaver population in Rotherham, in order to combat digital poverty.
