Learn to Lead will tackle the increasing social inequality that deprived communities and minority groups are encountering as a direct result of Covid-19.

Learn to Lead will offer young people a physical outlet through sport and an academic outlet through the leaders’ qualification in order to engage young people who otherwise would be at risk of offending. Sport and Physical Activity provides young people with essential life skills such as teamwork, leadership, resilience and communication.

Learn to Lead will provide an intervention in order for young people to become “job ready” to access schemes such as kickstart or apprenticeships.
