Vulnerable Children’s Charities Funding
Funding provided by the Home Office to the South Yorkshire Violence Reduction Unit is being channelled in to community organisations across South Yorkshire to help with support needs after the coronavirus lockdown.
The funding is being directed to smaller charities and community groups within the county for support to children and young people, to ensure they can resume their activities after the coronavirus pandemic.

To provide social packs to vulnerable children in Doncaster, to reduce stress on families to entertain their children.
Highwoods Community Base
The funding helped enable an intensive clean of the centre as well as purchasing PPE in order to be in line with Coronavirus rules to allow for their reopening in August 2020.

Aspiring 2 CIC
The funding enabled the learning centre to put appropriate COVID safety measures in place so they can continue to deliver their service, where the help people suffering from homelessness, mental health and/or domestic violence.
