Israac Somali Community Association
To provide a starting point for longer term engagement with the Diaspora Multimedia Hub and with Israac which has ample potential for projects with young people into the future, in addition to providing wellbeing sessions for parents to share challenges and solutions.
Sheffield Wednesday Community Programme
Sheffield Wednesday Community Programme will work with individuals on a one-to-one basis, mentoring the young person to be more physically active, supporting their mental health and allowing them to set goals for the future.
